Once you pass the test, congratulations! You’ll officially join our Talent Pool.

Initially, your Talent Badge will be marked as “NEW,” meaning you're not yet eligible to take on tasks.

Workshop Requirement
Attend at least one workshop to familiarize yourself with our processes and standards. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to start handling tasks.

Task Coordination
Check available tasks on our system daily and apply for those that match your skills and timeline. Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) for every task via our platform.

Task Execution
Once selected for a task, follow the project specifications and the PM’s guidance to complete and deliver it with precision.

Verified Talent
After successfully completing five tasks with a perfect score (no complaints or delays), you’ll be promoted to "VERIFIED" Talent, granting you eligibility for a higher man-hour rate.
